It is that time of year again. Ferriday Song Fest is quickly approaching. This year's Song Fest will be Saturday October 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

And this year’s lineup, so far, includes:

Odie Blackmon, Grammy nominated hit songwriter, will return for his third Song Fest appearance. He teaches the Craft of Writing Hit Songs at Vanderbilt University. He also has a new DVD, with the same title, available for purchase. He was featured in both the New York Times and on the front page of the Nashville Tennessean. His songwriting credits include recordings by Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack and George Strait.

Ashley Cleveland will be joining us for her first time at Ferriday Song Fest. She is a three time GRAMMY winner and has had her songs recorded by Trisha Yearwood, B.J. Thomas and the Gaither Vocal Band. As a singer she sings back up for Emylou Harris, Delbert McClinton, Etta James, Joan Baez, Reba, Trisha, Martina, Amy Grant, Third Day and Jars of Clay.

Kenny Greenberg, GRAMMY winning songwriter/guitarist, will make his first appearance at Ferriday Song Fest this year. Kenny has written songs for Trisha Yearwood, Wynonna, Billy Ray Cyrus, Etta James, Amy Grant, Joan Baez and many other recording artists. As a guitarist, Kenny’s talent has graced the recordings of Etta James, Joan Baez, Amy Grant, Wynonna, Toby Keith, Lee Ann Womack, Brooks and Dunn, Tracy Byrd, John Michael Montgomery and many others.

Tommy Polk marks his third year at Ferriday Song Fest. He has written songs for Martin McBride, Diamond Rio, Jessican Andrews, Irma Thomas, Bobby Blue Bland and others including hit singles by David Ball and Carolyn Dawn Johnson.
