Frontier Survival Camp

Location: Historic Jefferson College

During this camp for older kids (ages 10-14), participants will learn hands-on skills needed by frontiersmen (and women) to survive the wilds of Mississippi in the 18th & 19th centuries, including archery, hunting, tanning hides, map and compass reading and more!

This afternoon camp runs from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Wednesday

Cost is $35, pre-registration is required.

Historic Jefferson College is located off Hwy. 61, in Washington, four miles northeast of Natchez. HJC is administered by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
